As the first dedicated recruiter in our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
You will collaborate closely with our Chief of Staff, founders, and team members to refine our talent acquisition strategy and enhance our recruitment processes.
This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates located in UTC-8 to UTC+0 time zones, with occasional travel for team gatherings, conferences, and events.
