The Role:
As the Talent Lead – Technology, you will be instrumental in developing and executing hiring strategies for our tech division. You will establish yourself as the key talent acquisition partner for tech hiring managers, offering guidance on best practices, sharing insights, and enhancing our recruitment processes. Your role will be pivotal in attracting top-tier talent who align with Relay's values.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ownership of full-cycle Tech hiring: You manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer, maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
- Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders: You cultivate strong relationships with tech leadership and HR teams, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and translating strategic plans into actionable recruitment efforts.
- Operational excellence: You craft precise job descriptions and scorecards, maintain organized candidate pipelines in Ashby, coordinate effectively with hiring managers and agencies, and produce comprehensive candidate materials.
- Technology-savvy: Proficient in utilizing the ATS and eager to explore new recruitment tools to enhance our impact.
