Position: Talent Operations & Recruitment Specialist — Remote · Independent Contractor (Retainer-Based)
Work Model & Location Eligibility
This is a fully remote position.
We operate globally across various regions and time zones. This role mandates consistent overlap with working hours of teams primarily located in Asia-Pacific and Europe, with flexibility required during peak hiring phases.
Final eligibility will be evaluated during the screening process based on time-zone compatibility, availability, and legal status as an independent contractor.
Engagement Type: This is an Independent Contractor role on a monthly retainer basis. It does not create an employment relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes: role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communications using ATS and AI-enhanced tools.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with structured checklists and documentation.
- Maintain HR systems, contracts, and personnel records.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
