About The Role:
As a Talent Partner in Technology, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our engineering and product recruitment strategy. This position involves attracting, evaluating, and securing top-tier technical talent necessary to fulfill our product vision. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership to drive a structured hiring process that prioritizes finding the right candidates while ensuring an exceptional experience for all applicants. Your success will be gauged by the quality of hires, time to fill positions, your partnership with teams, and your ability to foresee talent requirements.
What You'll Do:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from the initial outreach to the final offer acceptance. While your primary focus will be on technical roles, your versatility will allow you to handle engineering, product, and new technical positions as our company grows.
