Join our dynamic culinary team at Eataly Santa Clara as a Line Cook! In this role, you will expertly transform high-quality, unique ingredients into authentic Italian dishes by preparing, cooking, and elegantly plating food items in our vibrant, high-volume open kitchens. You will report directly to the Sous Chef Manager or Chef de Cuisine.
- Experience in portioning, cutting, slicing, dipping, battering, baking, whipping, maintaining holding temperatures, frying, and sautéing various ingredients.
- Select top-quality cuts of meat, poultry, shellfish, fish, game, or vegetables for frying and sautéing.
- Artfully plate menu items with the appropriate garnishes.
- Adhere to recipes, ensuring compliance with portion sizes, quality standards, departmental rules, and health regulations.
- Contribute to additional kitchen duties as required or assigned.
