About the Role
The Taskforce role offers substantial responsibility and autonomy, providing a unique opportunity to implement improvements through innovative initiatives and proposals. This position is vital in managing both operational tasks and the recovery process.
Back-Up Operations Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys, validate, and disburse funds to partners at the point of contact.
- Perform daily closing activities at the point of contact.
- Manage administrative activities at the assigned point as the Branch Manager (BM).
- Conduct visits to monitor the point team.
- Ensure the achievement of disbursement targets and maintain a low Outstanding PAR (Problematic Account Rate).
In executing these responsibilities, the Taskforce is empowered to propose initiatives such as:
- Mapping of Majelis and Business Partners (BP).
- Addressing the needs of Business Partners.
- Other initiatives that support the achievement of targets.
Recovery Process Responsibilities
- Oversee the portfolio by identifying issues and implementing strategic resolutions.
- Analyze challenges at the point of contact.
- Provide feedback to LPR (Loan Processing Reconciliation) and HMB (Head of Management Branch) for corrective measures.
- Offer guidance to ensure recovery targets are met, including improvements in flow rate and PAR.
The Taskforce is also authorized to propose additional strategic initiatives to enhance recovery and performance goals.
Requirements
- Willingness to be placed at any Amartha branch across Indonesia for a duration of 3-6 months.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Grameen field or another financial institution.
- Proven experience in collections and managing problematic customers.
- Familiarity with and the ability to implement business processes based on the Grameen model.
- Willingness to travel and be stationed throughout Indonesia.
