About the Role
As a Team Captain, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the daily activities of Operators within our production lines. Expect to dedicate approximately 20% of your time to supporting the shift while the remainder will see you actively engaging as a Team Member or Equipment Owner. You will be the pivotal figure on your shift, radiating positivity, motivating your colleagues, and ensuring the team stays aligned with our objectives. This is not merely a job; it’s a developmental opportunity that may serve as your initial experience in shift leadership.

What You Will Be Doing:
Coordinating Operator activities on shift, including planning, allocation, and managing absences
Leading shift handovers and addressing issues by escalating to the Line Lead or other support roles
Coaching team members on RTT DMS tools such as CLs, CILs, RCO, and FPQ
Assisting with urgent maintenance requests and employing problem-solving techniques using IPS
Serving as the primary contact for safety, hygiene, and compliance matters during shifts
