Experience the Exciting Life of a Team Charter Flight Broker
As a vital member of our charter flight team, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire process of private charter flights, from initial inquiries and quotes to booking aircraft and the successful completion of each charter.
- Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers within your client portfolio.
- Establish and nurture connections with operators.
- Assist in expanding our database of operators, ensuring that all operator and fleet information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Promptly manage client charter requests.
- Handle and communicate all booking changes as needed.
- Create flight briefs and post-flight reports.
- Ensure that all flight bookings comply with our legal and compliance standards.
- Manage invoicing requirements from clients and suppliers.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as per client requests.
- Occasional domestic travel may be required to visit clients and operators.
- Assist brokers with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- This role requires flexible working hours; you may occasionally need to work outside of regular business hours.
Training
We are dedicated to ensuring you become an exceptional salesperson. To support this, we have developed a comprehensive 14-month training program that must be completed before you begin your sales activities! (This includes 6 months of flight service training, 6 months of broker training, and classroom training at our London headquarters.)
