Maintain robust and ongoing relationships with our partners.
Deliver exceptional service and support to strengthen relationships and address operational challenges between partners and the company.
Lead Your Team to Achieve:
Ensure client menus are consistently updated.
Optimize partner content including MOA and delivery times.
Renegotiate commission rates to establish new commercial relationships through existing contacts.
Drive advertisement sales by acquiring and maintaining visual content from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at client locations, and managing banners and newsletters.
Enhance transmission methods by persuading partners to implement order tracking features and transition to WLA.
Encourage partners to engage in promotions and special offers.
Motivate partners to subscribe to our online payment gateway.
Coordinate with partners on the Talabat application to promptly resolve any operational issues such as delivery shutdowns.
Keep precise records of all sales and prospecting activities including closed sales, follow-ups, sales expense reports, and partner analysis.
