About the Role:
As the Team Lead Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our five-member team of Account Managers. Collaborate closely with our Head of Max to enhance your leadership skills while actively participating in cross-departmental projects and process optimization. You can start immediately or within the next three months on a full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities at Matera:
You will ensure that your team adheres to processes, prioritizes effectively, and remains motivated every day.
You will manage your own small customer pipeline (ongoing bookkeeping of properties) and lead by example.
You will embody Matera's culture, proactively developing solutions for challenges while actively contributing to the team and the entire accounting department's growth.
You will assist your team in maintaining high-quality customer communication and provide advisory support to enhance interaction.
