As the Accounts Payable Team Lead at H&M Group, you will oversee the daily operations of our Accounts Payable team, providing leadership, direction, and guidance to team members. - Partner with Process Leads and Experts to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategize on deploying new initiatives to enhance the Accounts Payable process.
- Guarantee quality in your area through guidance from other accounting functions.
- Ensure timely sharing of vital information among colleagues.
- Take ownership of your knowledge and understanding of H&M processes.
- Communicate guidelines and educate stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain a strong network with other functions.
- Create training materials and e-learning resources for Accounts Payable systems.
- Become a global super user for Accounts Payable, addressing inquiries from stakeholders and nurturing a super user network.
- Accountable for meeting legal obligations in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Negotiate agreements and procure services from external stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
