Your Role: Lead Architect for Switzerland
As the Location Design Lead for Switzerland, you will not only be responsible for shaping our high-quality charging network but also for leading, mentoring, and developing a talented team of architects. Your role will combine architectural excellence with a focus on people-centered leadership to create innovative charging stations that redefine design, functionality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and grow our Location Design team in Switzerland. Foster a culture of psychological safety, open feedback, collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Guide team members in their roles, providing clear direction to empower them and ensure they feel valued and set up for success.
Strategic Design Leadership: Drive the architectural vision for Switzerland's location portfolio, ensuring alignment with Fastned's Design vision while creatively adapting to local demands and regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main liaison with key stakeholders, including external authorities and internal teams. Establish strong relationships with road authorities and local government entities.
Process Improvement: Continuously enhance team workflows. Refine design processes, share best practices, and implement efficient collaboration methods from initial site development through execution planning.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Expansion Management, Construction Management, and Public Affairs to ensure cohesive project execution.
