As a Team Lead at Petsense, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising goals. Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Implementing merchandising activities for basic, promotional, and seasonal items.
- Conducting opening and closing procedures.
- Managing bank deposits and store assessments.
- Prioritizing workflow and organizing tasks effectively.
- Recovering merchandise and participating in freight processes.
- Executing price changes and handling customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Adhering to loss prevention protocols and managing alarm responses.
- Collaborating with team members to meet job responsibilities and financial targets.
- Operating cash registers and supervising cash handling.
