Your Responsibilities
You will assume both technical and disciplinary leadership of our penetration testing team, nurturing their development through trust, coaching, and your expertise tailored to their individual technical strengths.
With passion, commitment, and a strong customer focus, you will drive our economic success.
You will manage existing and potential customer relationships, further expanding them while ensuring high customer satisfaction in your projects.
Based on market analyses and current security trends, you will continuously enhance our service and portfolio offerings.
You will analyze customer and market requirements, create proposals, and conduct negotiations leading to successful contract closures.
You will plan, coordinate, and delegate penetration tests on various platforms including IT infrastructures, web applications, industrial control systems (ICS), mobile devices, applications, and source code analyses to your team.
What We Expect from You
Strong leadership skills and a confident presence when interacting with colleagues, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Professional experience in IT security or penetration testing is essential.
A robust technological understanding and a keen interest in technical security and innovations.
Certifications such as OSCP / OSWP / OSCE / OSEE / OSWE are advantageous.
