As the Team Lead for Patient Solutions within our Specialty Pharmacy division, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among team members, program managers, and various departments to ensure seamless operational activities. Your leadership will be essential in driving efficient daily operations and providing insightful program metrics for customer business reviews.
- Continuously assess and optimize existing processes to enhance their effectiveness.
- Analyze service trends and work together on priority areas to boost productivity and efficiency within the Patient Solutions team.
- Leverage historical program and operational data to pinpoint opportunities and trends, offering recommendations for program enhancements and process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive program reports that reflect actual performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee team workload to guarantee timely task completion.
- Evaluate staffing model recommendations before presenting them to leadership to ensure all scenarios are considered.
- Conduct periodic analyses of shift change requests, encompassing swaps, adjustments, PTO, and VTO, for leadership's review.
- Ensure process consistency, workforce optimization, and achievement of performance metrics.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of reward and recognition programs.
- Assist in the formulation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as necessary based on departmental and project needs.
