The Role
We are looking for a Team Lead – Photonics Device Characterization to spearhead our electronic integrated graphene photonics devices characterization initiatives as we transition from R&D to mass production. In this pivotal role, you will oversee product characterization and testing activities, ensuring our devices adhere to commercial specifications while scaling manufacturing processes from prototype to production volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the characterization of electronic integrated graphene photonics products, including modulators, photodetectors, integrated circuits, and optical I/O.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test protocols, establish performance benchmarks, and drive design-for-manufacturability enhancements.
- Facilitate the transition of testing processes from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, emphasizing automation and throughput optimization.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering teams to enhance yield, reliability, and quality standards.
- Build and mentor a team of test engineers and technicians, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
