About the Role:
Are you prepared to lead Wrike’s latest chapter in India? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Team Leader, Account Development (APAC) to head our newly established team in India. This crucial M2-level leadership role is tailored to facilitate our swift expansion throughout the APAC region, specifically targeting the VSB and SMB sectors.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director in Australia, you will serve as a Player-Coach. You will lead by example, maintaining a personal sales quota while also providing direct oversight and mentorship to a team of individual contributors. Acting as a bridge between our new India hub and the global organization, you will ensure the flawless execution of our APAC strategy.
Your Impact:
- Quota Excellence (Player-Coach): Propel both individual and team success by consistently meeting and surpassing sales quotas for the APAC VSB/SMB segments.
- Team Leadership & Growth: Oversee daily activities for the India-based ADM team, concentrating on immediate performance and successful project delivery.
- AI Champion: Foster an advanced sales culture by utilizing AI tools (including Wrike AI and Gemini) to develop strategic sales plans and enhance predictive forecasting. You will leverage AI to analyze team calls, offering data-driven coaching to ensure the team excels in AI-adopted sales practices.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ADM leadership in Europe to synchronize global best practices with APAC-specific regional strategies.
- Coaching & Development: Facilitate team growth through mentorship and Professional Development Plans (PDPs) to support individual contributors in reaching their utmost potential.
- Process Optimization: Continuously enhance team performance by refining processes and introducing innovative methodologies.
