As the Team Leader in Offenbach, you will oversee the production processes for both product lines while ensuring compliance with all legal and operational regulations. Your role encompasses team leadership and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of all necessary resources, including both internal and external personnel as well as locomotives, and facilitate the onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain communication with service providers, suppliers, and partners in railway operations, monitoring contract compliance and managing resource utilization effectively.
- In case of emergencies and incidents within your area of responsibility, you will be part of the emergency reporting chain, which includes regular on-call duties.
- Conduct regular operational checks and supervision of employees in your jurisdiction.
- Utilize our ERP system to monitor and complete annual, monthly, and weekly planning, coordinating the short-term procurement of services.
