As a Team Leader at Lingaro Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a high-performing team within the Data Science and AI domain. Your leadership will empower your team members to excel in their daily tasks, achieve set goals, and uphold our core values of integrity and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a dynamic team by establishing clear objectives and fostering a culture of recognition and feedback.
- Build strong partnerships with fellow Team Leaders and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and optimal resource allocation.
- Manage team capacity and skill sets to align with business needs and forecasts, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a consistent operating rhythm for the team and support the implementation of DS&AI Competency strategies.
- Assist in business development by sharing insights about the DS&AI landscape and collaborating closely with Account teams.
- Act as a Data Scientist when needed, providing expertise in areas such as Forecasting, Optimization, and Machine Learning.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Data Science and AI principles, with the ability to guide team members in complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
