Main Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee accounting activities, including monthly and annual closures.
Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs.
Mentor and develop team members.
Provide regular reporting to management.
Contribute to continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Treasury, Payroll, IT, etc.) and partners in France.
