Your Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned caseload and deliver therapeutic services promptly.
- Provide essential Speech Pathology services to participants across schools, homes, and within the local community.
- Utilize clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop individualized treatment goals for each participant.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Support and mentor graduate and early-career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and nurturing environment to promote team growth.
