Qualifications
Qualifications:We require a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience. Ideal candidates will have robust organizational and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Enthusiasm and initiative are essential, along with the ability to provide a high level of customer service and train staff effectively. Merchandise knowledge in areas such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, and general athletics is preferred. Flexibility to work during store hours is necessary.
