At Speechify, our mission is to ensure that reading is never a barrier to learning. With over 50 million users relying on our text-to-speech products, we transform various reading materials—PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, and websites—into audio. This allows our users to read faster, retain more information, and ultimately learn better. Our award-winning products include mobile apps for iOS and Android, a Chrome Extension, a Mac App, and a Web App. Recently, Google recognized Speechify as the Chrome Extension of the Year, while Apple featured it as the App of the Day.
Our team consists of nearly 200 talented individuals working in a fully remote environment, with no physical office. Our diverse team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and professionals from industry giants like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, along with graduates from prestigious institutions such as Stanford, as well as founders of successful startups like Stripe and Vercel.
