About Glean:
Founded in 2019, Glean is a groundbreaking AI-driven knowledge management platform designed to empower organizations to swiftly locate, organize, and disseminate information across their teams. By seamlessly integrating with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, Glean guarantees that employees can access the right knowledge at the right time, enhancing productivity and collaboration. Our state-of-the-art AI technology streamlines knowledge discovery, enabling teams to harness their collective intelligence more effectively.
Glean emerged from Founder & CEO Arvind Jain’s profound understanding of the challenges employees encounter when searching for and comprehending information at work. Witnessing firsthand how fragmented knowledge and a plethora of SaaS tools hinder productivity, he was determined to create a superior solution—an AI-powered enterprise search platform that enables users to quickly and intuitively access the information they require. Since its inception, Glean has transformed into the premier Work AI platform, merging enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and robust application- and agent-building capabilities to fundamentally redefine the way employees operate.
About the Role:

- Allocate about 75% of your time to hands-on work in various areas.
This includes enhancing Glean's employee-facing analytics initiatives by improving the availability of high-value upstream data in third-party applications through:
