We are seeking a motivated Tech Sales Executive to join our team at Adeeba e-Services. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in inbound and outbound technical support within an international BPO environment. You will be responsible for managing your own calls and providing effective solutions to customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and the ability to close calls independently.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
Note: Freshers and candidates with domestic BPO experience will not be considered.
