Your Role at Dash0
As our Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the architect of our talent pipeline, expertly balancing strategic vision with hands-on recruitment execution. This full-cycle role requires close collaboration with Leadership, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Product teams to identify and attract top talent in the B2B SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure sectors.
You will oversee the recruitment process from initial intake conversations and proactive talent sourcing to final offer negotiations. Working within a global team, you will facilitate seamless collaboration between our teams in Europe and North America, ensuring our hiring processes are efficient and effective across all time zones.
What You’ll Do
Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive end-to-end hiring for various roles (Sales, Marketing, SEs, Product), managing the entire process, including logistics such as proactive scheduling and coordination.
Talent Pipeline Development: Actively seek out and engage passive candidates, focusing on the best talent in the Observability and Cloud industries.
Strategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, conducting intake sessions, defining required competencies, and delivering data-driven insights on headcount planning and organizational structure.
Data-Driven Hiring Practices: Establish scalable hiring processes, including interview rubrics and calibration sessions, to ensure fair and objective decision-making.
Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of data integrity within our ATS, Ashby, tracking key metrics and continuously improving sourcing and selection strategies.
Global Coordination: Manage recruitment workflows across North America and Europe, ensuring high availability for US stakeholders and candidates.
What You Bring
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environments.
Proficient in Ashby and comfortable with modern recruitment platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure markets is highly desirable.
