What You’ll Do:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of TAMs using a Player/Coach approach.Drive recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top talent in your region, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training.Oversee the successful onboarding, development, and ongoing education of both new and existing TAMs.Facilitate streamlined communication between TAMs and their assigned Datadog customers from a leadership perspective.Organize and conduct technical training sessions to provide essential guidance for our largest clients.Collaborate with Technical Solutions leadership and other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product) to address urgent issues and implement process improvements.Who You Are:Passionate about people management and mentorship, with a proven track record of leading teams.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.A critical thinker who adopts a client-centric, consultative approach.Experienced in successfully implementing processes and procedures within a scaling organization.Familiar with current infrastructure, monitoring solutions, and technologies.Possessing over 5 years of experience in Presales, Post Sales, Consultancy, or a similar customer-facing role with a successful track record.Adaptable to working in a startup or fast-paced environment.Holds a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
