As a Technical Account Manager for the APAC region, you will join a dynamic team based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You will collaborate closely with various departments including Sales and Integration to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to swiftly address client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Empower Your Potential - Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for your clients at Adjust.
- Assist clients in optimizing their use of Adjust products and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Provide regular support and conduct check-in calls with your client base.
- Collaborate with a global Support team for comprehensive issue resolution.
- Serve as a technical advisor, ensuring clients in the APAC region maximize their use of our measurement platform.
- Engage in proactive account monitoring and conduct technical health checks.
- Facilitate client success by validating and testing their setup.
- Troubleshoot complex issues utilizing both internal and external tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Support) to implement client-specific solutions.
- Escalate advanced technical issues to engineering teams and contribute ideas for optimization.
Bring Your Knowledge - Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role within the advertising technology sector.
- Fluent in English.
