Position Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the vital technical link between our services team and designated client accounts, ensuring projects are completed successfully and customer satisfaction is achieved. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity and demonstrate exceptional communication and client management skills. In this role, you will support project-based services while striving to transform project work into ongoing service agreements. Our perfect candidate will have a broad technical foundation across various cybersecurity services and products and will be adept at engaging both technical clients and executive stakeholders. This position will involve collaboration with a diverse range of clients, from state and local government agencies to small businesses and multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, fostering relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout all service engagements.
Cultivate a thorough understanding of clients' IT infrastructure, security posture, and business goals to identify potential risks, propose cybersecurity solutions, and facilitate project success.
