Your Impact on Our Mission
In the role of Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will act as a consultative technical authority, providing essential support to ensure the stability and accuracy of Zocdoc's integration with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities for technical enhancements that foster the growth and success of our Enterprise clients. You'll play a crucial role in safeguarding provider availability and ensuring a smooth scheduling experience for all users. This involves managing complex configurations, monitoring integration health, and resolving technical challenges to optimize appointment availability across large healthcare organizations.
