Position Overview:
Nick Moore, Senior Manager of Technical Account Management for Puppet by Perforce, is in search of a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to enhance our Customer Success team. In this role, you will collaborate with top-tier DevOps Engineers and leverage Puppet’s IT automation software to empower system administrators. Our solution provides the agility and efficiency of cloud computing at an enterprise level, seamlessly scaling from a few nodes in the cloud to tens of thousands on-premise.
As a senior-level engineer, the TAM will be responsible for ensuring the technical health and overall success of the Puppet Enterprise solution for our customers. You will utilize your technical and business acumen to cultivate strong relationships, guiding clients towards increased efficiency and cost savings. Acting as the primary technical liaison post-installation, you will collaborate with customers to develop a strategic roadmap for future business success utilizing Puppet Enterprise.
The partnership between the TAM and our customers is dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing identifying training needs, advocating on behalf of the client within the Puppet organization, and sharing in the mutual growth and success of both parties.
