Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical account management, service delivery, or similar client-facing roles focusing on infrastructure.Demonstrable experience in providing technical leadership and operational guidance for enterprise production environments, particularly those that are regulated or high-performance, utilizing OpenStack, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.Strong understanding of key OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Glance), along with Linux systems, distributed systems, networking, and storage from both strategic and operational perspectives.Proven capability to lead high-severity incidents, escalate when necessary, and maintain effective communication with both executives and engineering teams.Ability to provide architectural guidance and strategic recommendations, balancing operational, technical, and business considerations, including OS, hardware, and platform upgrades.Expertise in proactive risk identification and mitigation techniques.
