You will be an integral part of our operations team, where your primary responsibility will be to provide operational technical support for applications and technological platforms. You will contribute to maintaining stability within environments, managing deployments, and ensuring thorough technical documentation, while also developing skills in automation, containerization, and cloud operations.
Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency and customer experience of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver Level 1 technical support for applications and infrastructure.
Address and manage incidents reported by clients, ensuring clear and timely communication in English.
Conduct initial technical validations, perform basic fault analysis, and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist in application and infrastructure deployments, adhering to established procedures.
Execute operational tasks in Linux environments (log reviews, basic command usage).
Support the use of containers and orchestrated environments following defined guidelines.
Monitor existing automation processes and pipelines.
Document incidents, procedures, and solutions effectively.
Actively collaborate with other technical teams, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
