Your responsibilities will involve addressing technical challenges related to web hosting, email configurations, and control panel support, ensuring our expanding local and international clientele receives the guidance they need for optimal satisfaction with every interaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with email configurations across various mail applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving email delivery issues, utilizing your knowledge of various mail access methods, such as POP and IMAP.
Addressing web hosting inquiries through your understanding of various content management systems, particularly WordPress.
Guiding customers in using our hosting control panel.
Providing after-hours support to customers on behalf of various technical departments.
