Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and technologically adept Technical Customer Success Manager to enhance our client relationships. In this pivotal role, you will configure Connecteam's features to align with client workflows, integrate our platform with existing systems, and facilitate data migrations. Your collaboration with the Customer Success and R&D teams will be crucial in refining our services and optimizing customer onboarding processes, ultimately saving clients invaluable time and effort.
