We are in search of a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will engage with clients post-sales to craft software solutions on the Appian platform, enabling businesses to drive digital transformation and enhance competitive differentiation. Your key responsibility will be to navigate the entire project life-cycle, defining, designing, developing, and implementing customized software and AI solutions for our commercial clients using Appian’s platform. This involves operating in an agile environment to comprehend our clients’ business processes and technical requirements, launching new relational data models into production, and developing APIs for system integration. You will brainstorm AI use cases and implement Appian’s AI tools, employing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and the latest generative models to reshape how our customers operate. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients’ technical teams and business users throughout the software development life cycle and empower clients to independently build process applications.
