Your Role
As a Technical Lead in our engineering team, you will spearhead the development of machine learning models focused on behavior prediction and planning for autonomous vehicles and mobile robots. Your expertise will guide the prototyping, evaluation, refinement, and deployment of cutting-edge ML capabilities within our autonomous vehicle stack.
Lead the engineering efforts to develop machine learning models for joint behavior prediction and planning, aiming for end-to-end differentiable autonomy.
Design and architect integrated ML systems that reason over latent scene representations, directly informing and generating trajectory decisions.
Implement data-driven solutions that optimize the entire autonomy stack collaboratively.
Collaborate closely with teams in Perception, Mapping, and Simulation to create shared representations and scalable training loops.
