Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog ownership, sprint ceremonies, user story creation, and defining acceptance criteria.A strong product ownership mindset, capable of effective prioritization, quality advocacy, and driving the Definition of Done.Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.Exceptional technical communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical language for diverse audiences.Proficient understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication principles, including error handling and defect management.Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management and issue tracking.Strong documentation abilities covering requirements, epics, user stories, workflows, and integration points.Active user of AI tools and copilots focused on enhancing workflows and productivity.Highly self-managed with strong ownership and proactive risk identification across multiple initiatives.Demonstrated empathy and curiosity regarding customer and partner challenges, maintaining a practical, solution-focused approach.Advanced English proficiency with conversational fluency for effective collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
