About the Team
The People Solutions team at Stripe thrives on collaboration and cross-functional synergy. We are responsible for delivering essential technical and process solutions for the People Team, working closely with stakeholders across various departments including Finance, Corporate Technology, and Workplace. Our goal is to create a top-notch employee experience through technology, acting as internal consultants to various stakeholders and leaders. Our team is adaptable, capable of embracing ambiguity, and passionate about bringing order to chaos. We pride ourselves on being strategy-focused with a strong execution mindset.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Solutions team, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Stripe’s Employee Experience technology. Your role will involve leveraging your creative thinking, business process acumen, and technical expertise to deliver digital solutions that enhance the experiences of employees, managers, candidates, and internal teams. You will engage in a range of responsibilities including strategic technical roadmapping, conducting user interviews, confirming requirements, evaluating vendors, designing technical solutions, and managing projects throughout the software lifecycle. Collaborating with various partners across the organization—such as business stakeholders, process owners, engineers, and program managers—you will provide expert guidance and deliver superior solutions to ensure operational readiness at scale within our global organization.
Responsibilities
