Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and transformation by tackling technical and operational challenges, crafting solutions for our Public Sector clients.
Utilize technical knowledge and tools to conceptualize new solutions or enhance existing ones significantly.
Employ data and analytics to coordinate internal resources and develop tools that directly benefit Public Sector customers.
Adapt AI/ML technologies into functional Public Sector products and solutions, even when faced with ambiguous requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and various public sector teams to create AI systems tailored for specific government applications in computer vision and generative AI.
Lead a cross-functional team to surpass the AI/ML goals set by customers.
Proactively manage the ongoing health of the customer base by identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Strategically identify methods to ensure customer success is repeatable and to resolve issues for future clients.
Work alongside product development teams to address engineering challenges.
Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role with demonstrated success in stakeholder management.
A strong technical background, preferably with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
