As pioneers in the pick-assist AMR market in Japan, we are transforming warehouse automation with the introduction of Rapyuta ASRS and other advanced systems, merging high performance with unparalleled flexibility.
In the role of Technical Program Manager – Robotics Hardware Systems, you will spearhead the comprehensive delivery of intricate mechatronics initiatives that encompass mechanical, electrical/electronic, and embedded systems. Collaborating intimately with cross-functional engineering teams and manufacturing partners, you will guide projects from initial concept and prototyping through to Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), validation, and the scaling of production platforms including Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), elevators, battery exchangers, and autonomous forklifts.
This role is pivotal and technical, requiring a candidate who thrives at the confluence of hardware engineering, multi-robot systems, and large-scale deployment, ensuring that our products are safe, dependable, and economically viable for real-world warehouse applications.
