Success MetricsYou will significantly influence the customer journey, ensuring that the experience post-contract is exceptional.Achieve a 25% reduction in the average time from contract signing to project go-live within your first year.Ensure at least 95% of deployments go live on or before the agreed-upon date.Deliver efficient and dependable network designs that align with current business operations and support future growth.Ensure that the deployment experience garners high satisfaction ratings from both customers and internal teams, characterized by organization, predictability, and ease of collaboration.Develop operating models, standards, and playbooks that enable Meter to manage increased volume without compromising quality, ensuring smooth transitions to Customer Success and Support teams.Daily ResponsibilitiesYour daily role will focus on transforming signed agreements into operational, reliable networks while enhancing the overall customer experience.Lead network design and planning in collaboration with customers, translating their objectives, constraints, and site conditions into actionable network designs and deployment strategies.Establish and uphold clear expectations with customers and internal teams, manage risks and trade-offs, and maintain project timelines.Create and optimize the standards, tools, and workflows that define Meter's deployment processes to enhance speed, simplicity, and consistency in future projects.Analyze deployment data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement necessary platform or tool adjustments.

As part of the Deployment Operations team, you will transform Meter's innovative hardware and software platform into functional networks. After a contract is secured, the Sales team will hand over customer accounts to you. You will take charge of the next phase, which includes designing networks, site preparation, equipment installation, and ensuring customers are seamlessly onboarded onto reliable networks from day one.
This position focuses on technical project management and product implementation. You will create scalable operational systems capable of handling from dozens to thousands of deployments, all while providing a clear, dependable, and personalized experience for our customers.
