Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Manage the complete project lifecycle across various workstreams, from intake and scoping to delivery, post-launch assessments, and retrospectives;
Facilitate project kickoff meetings, milestone planning sessions, and stakeholder alignment to ensure clear definitions of scope, timelines, and success criteria from the outset;
Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish defined business outcomes for each initiative (such as revenue growth, conversion enhancement, cost efficiency, and productivity improvements) and co-manage these outcomes with the cross-functional team;
Oversee cross-functional backlogs, roadmap priorities, and delivery schedules, effectively balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic objectives;
Act as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery functions, managing expectations, identifying risks early, and ensuring alignment across all parties;
Maintain up-to-date roadmaps for all active workstreams, providing regular, transparent progress updates to stakeholders at all levels, balancing operational details with clarity for senior leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Engineering, AI/ML, Design, UX, QA, Data, and Business stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery;
Promote AI-enhanced workflows by identifying opportunities for automation, AI tools, and process optimization to minimize manual tasks, increase team capacity, and expedite delivery timelines;
Keep all relevant teams updated on project strategy, progress, and outcomes to ensure effective collaboration.
