Position Overview
As a Technical Project Manager at Rithum, you will spearhead cross-functional engagements and client interactions that ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of our solutions. Collaborating closely with clients, technology partners, and internal teams, you will guarantee that project scopes are delivered efficiently, within set timelines, and uphold our quality standards. This role requires you to liaise between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services, managing dependencies and advocating for clients throughout the project lifecycle. You will translate technical complexities into clear plans and updates for both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing your strong foundation in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches. Your responsibilities will encompass managing project scope, tracking progress, identifying risks, maintaining schedules, and ensuring effective communication. Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation will be vital to achieving successful project outcomes.
