- Familiarity with W2 staffing, H1B corp-to-corp, and full-time placements.
- Solid understanding of contracting terms and vendor engagement processes.
- Experience collaborating directly with large clients is highly desirable.
- A robust background in IT recruitment is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the US recruitment process is required.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), coupled with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to comprehend technical requirements and promptly present suitable candidate profiles.
- Must be a team player and adaptable to various work situations.
- Experience utilizing job portals such as Monster, Dice, etc., is necessary.
