We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter at the Officer level to facilitate the recruitment process for IT positions within our Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring an effective and streamlined hiring experience.
The perfect candidate will have substantial experience in sourcing for technical roles and thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates.
- Identify candidates for Technical Roles (Service Desk, QA, Developers, Network/Infra support, etc.) through platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and through referrals.
- Quickly present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Engage with potential candidates via professional networks on social media and at recruitment events.
- Oversee and coordinate tech job fair initiatives.
Recruitment Coordination
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and technical skills.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in managing feedback from interviews and defining next steps.
- Craft interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each role, utilizing effective interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Accountable for achieving hiring targets by successfully filling vacancies with qualified candidates.
Pipeline Management
- Establish and maintain a robust pool of candidates for recurring roles.
- Ensure candidate records are accurately updated in the ATS and tracking systems.
- Support urgent hiring needs across various accounts.
Offer and Pre-employment Support
- Assist in discussions and documentation regarding job offers.
- Collaborate closely with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Provide consistent updates and reports on candidate status and hiring progress.
