Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process for various Engineering roles, including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Data, and Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to devise effective hiring strategies and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract exceptional engineering talent.
- Conduct structured screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills and motivation.
- Maintain productive relationships with external recruitment agencies by providing clear role briefs, monitoring pipeline quality, and ensuring alignment with our hiring standards.
- Continuously assess the engineering talent market and refine attraction strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain ATS hygiene for clear pipeline visibility.
Qualifications & Preferred Background
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for Engineering roles
- Demonstrated success in hiring software engineers in competitive global markets
- Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
