ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate Hardware Recruiter to join our Tactical Recon & Strike recruitment team. Based in our Costa Mesa, CA, or Atlanta, GA office, you will act as a subject matter expert, spearheading the recruitment of top-tier talent and shaping our long-term talent strategy. As a vital member of the hardware recruiting team, you will manage talent acquisition as we experience rapid growth. Your role will be hands-on, collaborating with leaders and contributors to assess hiring needs. You will have the autonomy and resources to execute our strategy effectively, fostering a world-class team at Anduril. This position is ideal for someone who embraces ownership and is eager to take on diverse recruiting tasks within a small, dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring within the TRS division, focusing on roles such as Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Firmware Engineers.
- Develop and refine recruiting strategies utilizing innovative prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to enhance candidate management and data extraction processes.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape and execute effective hiring strategies.
