We are currently in search of a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to enhance our dynamic Recruiting team as we embark on an exciting journey in 2026. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our in-house Sourcer and existing recruiting team to oversee the entire hiring process for Software Engineering positions.
Your Responsibilities
This position is centered around fostering talent partnerships — you will establish trust with Engineering leaders, serve as their strategic advisor on talent acquisition, and manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. Initially, your focus will be solely on Software Engineering roles, working hand-in-hand with Engineering Managers and our Sourcer. Your tasks will include:
Acting as the primary talent partner for Engineering hiring managers, managing intake, calibration sessions, and ongoing alignment.
Acquiring a strong understanding of our tech stack, architecture, and Engineering roadmap to facilitate effective recruiting.
Overseeing the entire candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and thorough preparation throughout the interview process.
Coordinating interview scheduling and logistics using Ashby.
Proactively managing the health of the recruitment funnel across multiple openings, identifying potential risks and adapting strategies as necessary.
Leading the offer process from approval to acceptance.
Leveraging recruitment data and candidate feedback to continuously enhance hiring outcomes.
Your Profile
You are a candidate-focused recruiter who takes full ownership of your roles and excels in uncertain situations. You quickly recognize patterns, influence decisions with data-driven insights, and establish rapport effortlessly with both engineers and executives.
Key qualifications include:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, demonstrating success in hiring for technical roles within startup environments.
Proficiency in screening candidates with a solid understanding of how various technical stacks interconnect.
Experience collaborating with VP and executive-level stakeholders while managing multiple roles simultaneously.
