Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the key link between Moniepoint’s cutting-edge engineering aspirations and the skilled individuals who realize them. Collaborating closely with engineering leaders, you will oversee the complete recruitment process. The ideal candidate will not only fill positions but also understand the technology involved and prioritize the candidate experience behind every application.
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Take charge of the complete recruitment process for technical roles, from job intake and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Proactive Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to create diverse talent pipelines for current and future engineering requirements.
- Collaborative Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, assisting in defining technical needs and offering data-driven insights about the talent landscape.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate enjoys a clear, respectful, and high-quality experience, regardless of the outcome.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline hiring workflows, including improved screening techniques and more efficient interview panels.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Moniepoint within the tech community, promoting our mission to enhance financial happiness through technology.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years in technical hiring (Engineering, Product, Data).
- Demonstrable success in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth startups.
- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including complex offer negotiations.
